Thanks for doing this. "+/-" can be a little tricky as your starters are typically playing against other teams' starters for the most part. All things being equal....if one thing sticks out to me, it is that Hill needs more of Williams minutes. I like Alondes, but his defense is lacking is he is still out of control a portion of the time. And Manek needs to play as close to 40 minutes as possible without wearing him out.

this confirms some of what my eyes tell me Hill and harmon both make a solid impact every time they are on the floor

both play very good D which is exciting for the future

Alondes has turned it around quick. I'm not sure we subbed in the first 8-10 minutes of the second half last night. That crew played GREAT on both sides. I couldn't believe how many live-ball turnovers we snagged.
