Stanford and OU play each other. And Stanford has played Maryland Eastern Shore, William & Mary, and will play Oregon State as well. Stanford and Oklahoma will also play Kansas.

Re: OU vs Stanford 8:30 cst Nov. 25th
For those of us who truly hate KU on a visceral level, and have for years, Monday is a chance to beat one of the most annoying players in KU history, who now coaches Stanford. I'll never forget the time Roy Williams ran over to the student section in the LNC because he mistakenly thought a fan had put his hands on Haase after he did one of his patented, false hustle dives for a loose ball. I could not stand that backcourt with him and Vaughn.

So, my buddy just got us two free suite tickets for Tuesday night! I'm pretty jacked.. Thinking about trying to go Monday night as well. All four teams in this tourney look decent. Stanford I think has had the easiest schedule so far, but beating William & Mary that bad is interesting. They don't have a bunch of size and seem to be a pretty young team.

Sluggish starts will get us killed in these next few games. I hope they find a way to eliminate that.

Re: OU vs Stanford 8:30 cst Nov. 25th
Stanford has two 6-9 guys that are pretty good and their key 3 point shooter is over 50% on the season.
W&M played a terrible game. No effort to get the ball to Knight and desperate drive to the hoop over and over.
Stanford is a good looking team. Seems to me to be fairly similar to OU in size, athletic talent and speed.
Key will be shutting down their 3 point game and good shot selection by the Sooners.

I didn’t realize he was HC at Stanford. He was such a douchebag. One of those players you just hated with a passion.
Stanford blew out W&M and directional Maryland. On the surface, that doesn’t bode well for us. Hopefully, we play well and find a way to win.

Maybe part of w&m effort was due to Stanford def? I dunno just thinking out loud...didn’t see or hear this first hand... just assuming (seems to be all the rage these days)
Shutting down the 3...we’ve had issues early on....
I’ll be there both nights.

Excited to watch both of these games at the Sprint Center. Should be a fun time and great barometer for the team.

Ha! I was talking about that incident with a friend at the game with UMES. Such an overreaction by Williams.

Unfortunately I can only attend on Tuesday. Obviously hoping we are in the late game on Tue, both because it means we beat Stanford and will guarantee I can get downtown in time for the start of the game.
I expect close games both days no matter who we play.
