Default Best Okie Kids in 2022

For any of you in the know, who are the best kids in the State for the 2022 class, and/or who is OU recruiting for 2022? Thanks.

Dunno. David Oyono is a 6’9” center out of Fairmont but he’s a 2023 kid.

Sam and Orlando see a ton of kids in Oklahoma every year. Bookmark this site.

I think '23 class will be better than '22

Sam Duren has been a regular here since the board was launched in 2008. He still posts under another name. I canít think of anyone better at covering high school basketball in Oklahoma. His site has been near the top of my favorites list for many years.

He played at Covington/Douglas. Never got to see him play but his teammate Gloire Houmba (also at Sunrise) is a pretty good point guard. Unfortunately on the short side. And he's at least 4-5 years older than his classification. Dude was about 20 when he played as a freshman. But he absolutely destroyed everyone in class B.

Oyona was 6'9" when he was in 7th grade. Pretty sure he's a bit older than his classification as well.

Having coached against those 22 and 23 kids, I agree 100%.
