They got a bump in the rankings this week after winning the Phil Knight Invitational last week, where they beat Oregon, Alabama, and Iowa State (who beat #1 UNC).

Ole Miss just lost at home to North Alabama. Our tourney win is losing luster by the day, because Seton Hall is also showing they aren’t very good. It would have made it tougher to win the tournament, but it would have been better for our resume if we had gotten a game against Memphis. We really need a win tonight … Florida is by no means a “big” win, but a loss would be another negative on the resume.

KSt is leadingTexas in Austin by 18 at half. Shooting over 60% from floor and from 3.

I suspect Texas will make it closer in second half but it just makes me hate that loss on Saturday even more. Those offensive possessions in the middle of the second half where we just stood around can’t happen anymore.

Texas certainly not playing with the intensity tonight that they played with on Saturday. K-State is taking it to them and they look great. As I type this, lead is down to 9 with just over 10 minutes left.

I'm not much of a believer in "one game sample sizes", but it has been pretty alarming watching KSU absolutely run Texas out of their own gym. What this tells me is that we need a massive upgrade athletically....and we need it as soon as next year.

First-time head coach. Completely new roster. It’s taken KSU just a dozen games to fly by where we are in Year Two with a new coaching staff. Tang inherited a situation about a thousand times worse than where OU was when Lon retired. There are no excuses if we don’t get it together and make the tournament this season.

I haven’t seen OSU or West Virginia, but we are less athletic than every other team in the league. Other teams make several plays a game that we probably won’t make all season.

I don't think there's a doubt at this point but I think that speaks to the strength of the league not that OU is a terrible team, they are not.

BTW, KU is probably going to run away with the league, which is amazing considering how good the conference is.
