Sometime, I'd like to hear your take on if you think Moser can continue to tap into the Team Griffin and overall how you think he'll recruit at OU. I know you're part of the coaches network....

I’ll tell you from the players parents on Team Griffin, at least the ones I’m connected with. They are much more excited about OU and the future now than they were previously. I’m still curious who is going to fill the 3rd coaching spot.

Thanks Romulus....I was hoping to hear that was the case. I'd always heard the players were lukewarm toward Lon.

It’s normal. Kellen is a tad different situation. He’s a teacher and Hs coach along with an aau guy. Some these guys being hired are aau guys with baggage and a posse, agenda, brother, etc...

Kellen is upstanding! That was a pure guess on my part. Just seems odd it’s taking forever.

I will second this. He wants to do things the right way. From a culture perspective, he’s a perfect fit.

Coach, thanks for the update on Griffen.

I’m really intrigued as to the types of players Moser goes after.

I keep having to remind myself that Moser’s system is pretty different from LK and thus somebody who couldn’t play under LK might flourish under this system. Just have to reset my expectations.

To answer your question earlier. I think it’ll take some time to truly know what he wants.

But I’ve been told griffen and the 2 mentioned above are too 3 priorities. Skilled hardworking athletes.

My wife teaches at Garland high where Z and his two brothers play. Along with OU football commit Jordan’s Hudson andFB target Chance Biddle. It’s her first year, but I’m pressuring her to get all 3 to Norman. Will go to football and basketball games next year with OU gear on to do my part
