Top 2012 prospect coming to Norman

Perry Ellis, the 6-8, 215 pound forward from Wichita, Kan. will be in town Saturday to watch the Oklahoma-Texas game along with his coach and several teammates.
OU head coach Capel has already offered. And, according to Rivals, Kansas, Kentucky and Kansas State have also offered. Ellis is thought by many to be one of the top players in the 2012 class.
As a freshman last season, Ellis averaged 19.2 points and 11.7 rebounds per game while leading Wichita Heights to the state championship. He was also named the Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Kansas as a freshman.
